abstract = {At a time when, for various reasons, human existence is considered equal to his material body and belief in metaphysical matters is considered equal to fraud or mental disorder, the occurrence of some events causes us to look at these ideas with doubt. "Autoscopy" as a phenomenon in which a person can be present in a time or place without using his physical body and provide us with a verifiable report about his surroundings, is one of these kinds of events. Referring to the conducted experiments, while examining the types of autoscopy, this article has examined the physiological and psychological characteristics and explanations, the accuracy of autoscopy and reported the limits of its validity in proving or not proving the immaterial dimension for humans. abstract_fa ={در زمانه ای که به علل گوناگون، هستی انسان صرفاً مساوی با بدن مادی او انگاشته می شود و اعتقاد به امور متافیزیکی با شیادی یا اختلال روانی مساوی قلمداد می گردد، بروز برخی اتفاقات سبب می شود تا به این انگاره ها با دیده شک بنگریم. «آتوسکوپی» به عنوان پدیده ای که در آن انسان می تواند بدون استفاده از بدن مادی خود در زمان یا مکانی حضور داشته باشد و از پیرامون خود به ما گزارش اثبات پذیر ارائه کند، از این دست اتفاقات است. این مقاله با مراجعه به آزمایش های صورت گرفته، ضمن بررسی اقسام آتوسکوپی، ویژگی ها و تبیین های فیزیولوژیکی و روان شناختی، صحت آن را بررسی کرده و حدود اعتبار آن را در اثبات یا عدم اثبات بعدی غیرمادی برای انسان گزارش کرده است. براساس بررسی انجام شده، تجربه خروج از بدن یکی از اقسام آتوسکوپی به شمار می آید و می تواند ما را به بقای آگاهی پس از مرگ رهنمون شود.},
