Examining the dignity and existential effects and the legislative authority of the Prophet and the Infalibles (PBUT), this article aims the existential effects of these lights by analyzing the point of view of one of the greatest contemporary thinkers. Using the deskresearch method and content analysis and referring to existing works and documents, this research has been conducted. The results show that Imam Khomeini introduces the Holy Prophet and the Infalibles (PBUT) as the keys to existence and the First creation, the link between the witness and the visible, the burning lights of God and possessing the creational and legislative authority and role-players in the world as mediators of grace and intercessors for humans in the Resurrection, and in addition to this, he considers the most important and greatest works of existence of those holy entities to be the formation of the government and the implementation of the Sharia یکی از مهم ترین موضوعات در مباحث اعتقادی پس از توحید، شناخت حجت های الهی و آثار وجودی آنان در هستی است که در این باره در قرآن کریم و روایات و نوشته های دانشمندان مطالبی فراوان نقل شده است. این مقاله با بررسی شأن و آثار وجودی و ولایت تشریعی پیامبر و معصومان(ع) بر آن است تا با واکاوی دیدگاه یکی از بزرگ ترین متفکران معاصر، به تبیین آثار وجودی این انوار هدایت پرداخته و در یک فرایند پژوهشی نتایج آن را ارائه نماید. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای و مراجعه به آثار مکتوب و اسناد و مدارک موجود گردآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل گردیده است. حاصل پژوهش نشان می دهد امام خمینی(ره) پیامبر اکرم(ص) و معصومان(ع) را کلید های باب وجود و اولین مخلوق، رابط میان شاهد و مشهود، انوار فروزان الهی و دارای ولایت تکوینی و تشریعی و نقش آفرین در عالم به مثابه واسطه فیض و شفیع انسان ها در قیامت معرفی می کند و علاوه بر این، مهم ترین و بزرگ ترین آثار وجودی آن ذوات مقدس را تشکیل حکومت و اجرایی نمودن شریعت می داند. https://kalami.nashriyat.ir/sites/kalami.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_25.pdf
