abstract = {Telepathy, meaning mental communication between two humans without
the use of sensory faculties, has long been a subject of interest. The
existence of this phenomenon is generally denied by materialists and
physicalists, whereas dualists cite it as evidence for the correctness of their
own view. The present paper attempts to render a judgment in this regard
using a library-based, descriptive-critical method, and after explaining
the various dimensions of this phenomenon, discusses the reason and the
origin of telepathy. The author believes that the failure of empiricists to
provide an empirical and defensible explanation of telepathy, as well as
its characteristics that are inconsistent with the known laws governing
the material world, strengthens the possibility that immaterial matters
are involved in its occurrence. Relying on existing evidence (including
the results of Ganzfeld experiments) and gathering other usable forms of
knowledge in this field, the research concludes that telepathy may be an
indication of the immaterial and abstract dimension of the human being
(the soul or nafs).},

abstract_fa ={تله‌پاتی به معنای ارتباط ذهنی میان دو انسان بدون بکارگیری قوای حسی، از دیرباز مورد توجه بوده است. وجود این پدیده از سوی مادی‌انگاران و فیزکالیسم معمولا به طور کلی انکار می‌شود و در مقابل دوگانه‌انگاران از آن به عنوان شاهدی بر درستی دیدگاه خود یاد می کنند. متن پیش رو، تلاش دارد تا به روش کتابخانه‌‌ای و به شیوه توصیفی_انتقادی به قضاوت در این رابطه پرداخته و پس از بیان ابعاد مختلف این پدیده، از چرایی و منشأ وقوع تله‌پاتی  سخن گوید. به اعتقاد نگارنده، عدم موفقیت تجربه‌گرایان در ارائۀ تبیین تجربی و قابل دفاع از تله‌پاتی و همچنین ویژگی‌های ناهمگون با قوانین شناخته شده حاکم بر عالم ماده، احتمال دخیل بودن امر یا امور غیرمادی در بوجود آمدن آن را تقویت می کند. این پژوهش، در پایان با اتکا به شواهد موجود (از جمله نتایج آزمایش‌های گانزفلد) و گردآوری دیگر معرفت‌های قابل استفاده در این رابطه، نتیجه می‌گیرد که تله‌پاتی ممکن است نشانه‌ای از بُعد غیرمادی و مجرد انسان (نفس) باشد. },
