It traces back its origin to the views of early mu'tazilites and aims at cognitive reconstruction of Islam based on rationalism. The present paper aims at investigating the factors influencing the formation of theological neo-mu'tazilah trend، its commonalities and differences with early mu'tazilah، and evaluating and investigating its theoretical foundations and theological views of its followers، briefly. It analyzes the works of neo-mu'tazilah thinkers، using an analytical approach and documentary study .Accordingly، the trend of neo-mu'tazilah has been divided into three groups of neo-mu'tazilites in Arab countries، Indian continent، and Iran; it has been proved that the followers of neo-mu'tazilah insist on revival of this trend in Islamic world، and define these three trends as compatible with the views of early Mu'tazilah thinkers to justify their own views. چکيده جريان نومعتزله، يکي از جريان‌هاي مهم کلامي در جهان اسلام است. اين جريان، خاستگاه خود را در آراي معتزليان قديم مي‌جويد و به دنبال تجديد بناي معرفتي اسلام بر پاية عقل‌گرايي است. هدف اين مقاله، بررسي عوامل شکل‌گيري جريان نومعتزله در جهان اسلام، نقاط اشتراک و افتراق ميان جريان کلامي نومعتزله با مکتب معتزله و نقد و بررسي اجمالي مباني نظري و ديدگاه‌هاي کلامي طرف‌داران اين جريان فکري است. در تأليف اين مقاله، به آثار انديشمندان متعلق به جريان فکري نومعتزله و برخي پژوهش‌هايي که در زمينة معرفي برخي نومعتزليان و نقد و بررسي آراي آنها انجام شده، مراجعه کرده‌ايم. بر پاية اين بررسي‌ها، به تقسيم جريان نومعتزله به نومعتزليان کشورهاي عربي، نومعتزليان شبه‌قارۀ هند و نومعتزليان ايران پرداخته‌ايم و نشان داده‌ايم که آنها بر احياي جريان معتزله در جهان اسلام اصرار دارند و عده‌اي نيز براي توجيه ديدگاه‌هايشان، آنها را در راستاي آراي انديشمندان معتزله قديم معرفي کرده‌اند https://kalami.nashriyat.ir/sites/kalami.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_2.pdf
