abstract = {The verse of covenant is one of the most difficult verses, the commentary of which causes disagreement among commentators. With regard to the advantages and all-comprehensiveness of Al-Mizan Commentary, Allamah’s view on the commentary of this verse seems important. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the present paper reviews and elaborates on Allamah view. He does not accept the existence of the world of pre-existence based on outward meanings of some verses and believes that the covenant of God’s divinity was taken from men in the world of angelic souls, without any individuality for men. Despite the advantages of his commentary of the verse of covenant, its disadvantages should not be neglected},

abstract_fa ={یکی از دشوارترین آیاتی که در تفسیر آن میان مفسران اختلاف پدید آمده است، آیه‌ی میثاق یا ذر است، با توجه به نقاط قوت و جامعیتی که تفسیر المیزان داراست، نظر علّامه طباطبائی در تفسیر این آیه مهم می نماید. این تحقیق با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به تبیین و بررسی کلام علّامه می پردازد. ایشان وجود عالم ذر را بر طبق ظواهر برخی روایات نمی پذیرد و معتقد است پیمان به ربوبیت خدا از انسان ها در عالم ملکوت و به صورتی که انسان ها هیچ گونه تشخصی نداشتند، گرفته شده است. گذشته از نقاط قوت تفسیر ایشان درباره‌ی آیه میثاق، از موارد ضعف نیز نمی توان چشم پوشی کرد.},
