So far, based on different intellectual principles, various solutions have been proposed in this regard. Man’s "free will" has also been considered by Ibn Abi- Jumhur Ahsa'i. What distinguishes his point of view from that of others and makes it noteworthy is his unique attempt at the approximation of the theories of philosophers, mystics and theologians in this field in the book "Mojli". This paper has tried to examine the answer offered by Ahsa'i to the question of human free will and his attempt to resolve the existing conflicts between different ideas. The findings show that, in accordance with his illumination approach, Ahsa'i has provided a special interpretation of the theory of "intermediate position" and has argued that, based on the acceptance of the threefold unity of "sharīʿa, mystical path, and truth"; the disagreements over the issue of free will are reconcilable and non-contradictory. مسئله «اختیار» انسان یکی از مباحث پرچالش و دامنه دار در تاریخ تفکر بشر به شمار می رود و تاکنون راه حل های گوناگونی براساس مبانی فکری مختلف برای آن ارائه شده است. این مسئله در اندیشه ابن ابی جمهور احسائی نیز مطمح نظر قرار گرفته است، می توان گفت آنچه دیدگاه احسائی را از سایران امتیاز بخشیده و درخور توجه کرده، تلاش کم نظیر وی برای تقریب نظریات فلاسفه، عرفا و متکلمان در این زمینه است که در کتاب «مُجلی» صورت گرفته است. این جستار کوشیده است، راه حل ارائه شده از سوی احسائی برای پاسخ گویی به مسئله اختیار انسان و تلاش او برای رفع تعارض های موجود میان اندیشه های گوناگون را بررسی کند. از جمله دستاوردهای بحث این است که احسائی متناسب با رویکرد اشراقی خویش، تفسیر خاصی از نظریه «أمر بین الامرین» ارائه کرده و اختلافات موجود در مسئله اختیار را بر پایه پذیرش وحدت سه گانه «شریعت ـ طریقت ـ حقیقت»، قابل جمع و غیرمتعارض با هم قلمداد کرده است. https://kalami.nashriyat.ir/sites/kalami.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/9_3.pdf
