Since the beginning of the issue of Imamate, Shi’ites have paid a special attention to Imam’s knowledge and have commented on its quantity and quality despite their various approaches. A contemporary theological scholar is Allameh Misbah Yazdi, who has left remarkable educational works among theologians and his theological opinions have been considered especially by theology researchers. This essay aims to study and examine the quantity and quality of Imam's knowledge - which has recently become one of the challenging religious doctrines – based on his works; a knowledge that he believes is consistent with Islamic narrations, while it can be rationally proved as well. Thus, I will briefly discuss his theological approach and the answer to some questions concerning Imam's knowledge در نظام اعتقادی شیعه «علم امام» از ویژگی ها و مقومات مهم امامت است، به گونه ای که نقش زیرساختی و بنیادی بر دیگر ویژگی های امامت، مانند نصب الهی و عصمت دارد و ازجمله امتیازاتی است که امامت با آن مورد سنجیده می شود. شیعیان از بدو پیدایش مسئله امامت تاکنون به علم امام نظر ویژه داشته اند و با رویکردهای گوناگون درباره کمّ وکیف آن اظهارنظر نموده اند. ازجمله شخصیت های کلامی معاصر علامه مصباح یزدی است که در زمره متکلمان، از خود آثار معارفی قابل توجهی به یادگار گذاشته و آراء کلامی او مدنظر ویژه کلام پژوهان قرار گرفته است. این جستار بر آن است تا در حد یک مقاله، کمّ وکیف علم امام را که اخیراً به یکی از آموزه های اعتقادی چالش برانگیز روز تبدیل شده است با توجه به آثار به یادگار مانده از ایشان مطالعه و بررسی کند تا کمّیت وکیفیت علم امام که براساس بیان ایشان علاوه بر استدلالات عقلی با روایات نیز همخوانی دارد به طور ویژه نمایان گردد و از این رهگذر، رویکرد کلامی ایشان و پاسخ به بعضی از شبهات مربوط به علم امام نیز به اجمال مطمع نظر قرار گیرد. https://kalami.nashriyat.ir/sites/kalami.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_22.pdf
