Ma`rifat Kalami

This paper, using a library-based method, examines the phenomenon of telepathy and analyzes its origin from the perspectives of materialism and dualism. The aim of the study is to evaluate the reality of telepathy and its potential connection to non-material aspects of human existence. Telepathy, as a form of mental communication without sensory tools, has long been a subject of interest, and various experiments have recorded evidence of its occurrence. The results indicate that the characteristics of telepathy, such as the lack of distance effect and the absence of direct material interaction, cannot be explained by known material laws, thus strengthening the possibility of a non-material origin. Scientific efforts to provide materialistic explanations for this phenomenon continue to face significant challenges. Based on the available evidence, this study concludes that telepathy may be a sign of non-material capacities of the human mind. Furthermore, further investigation into this phenomenon can enhance understanding of the unknown dimensions of the mind and address challenges in related scientific fields.
